On 18-08-2020, FBR has issued a circular # C.No4(1)………/138368-R regarding the processing of sales tax returns. The field formations are accordingly, requested to ensure that pending refunds of claimants are processed in the routine on the basis of C.No:-01/2020 dated:04-08-2020. the chief commissioner-IR are requested to ensure that claimants are facilitated in a fair and transparent manner and pending refunds claims are disposed without delay.
